It can produce special bolt and nut by automotive process. The benefits of automotive producing are easy control well quality, quantity, convenient managing, save raw material and save time. The NC machining center (lathing and milling), Investment Casting, Punching and Metal Powder Injection Molding are also including with our suppliers chain. The product fields are including metal and non-metal fastener and hardware (machine / electronic device / household special design fasteners / non-standard screw, bolt, ball stud, rivet, nut…etc). The vehicle lamp bolts and accessories are having more than 2000 items in stock products. Our cold forming part machines have been using in Taiwan mostly fastener manufactories. Our cold forming parts former have been using in Taiwan most screw manufactories. All the models are including 3Die-6Blow / 2Die-4Blow / 2Die-4Blow / 4Die-4Blow / 3Die-3Blow / 2Die-2Blow part machines. You can tell us the producing items. We will design whole production line, die, screw second punch die, inspection equipment, and auto assembly equipment. |
